It’s the Puffin Clothbound Classics edition of The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum, ISBN 9780241790014.

This is the green clothbound edition with pink foil accents released by Puffin Books / Penguin Random House UK. Goodreads currently has the listing, but there’s no cover image uploaded:
