Hi ILuvEire
Welcome to the group! Glad you found us. I read 1984 for the first time last year, and really disliked it, though other members here loved it. Just not a fan of Orwell, I suppose!
You will be sure to find tons of other books to pick up for yourself here. If there is one thing we do well, it's recommend, recommend, recommend!!

For most of my life I've been really interested in YA fantasy and sci-fi, but as I've matured, I've quickly grown a love for adult fiction and epic poetry.
Currently I'm reading A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens and 1984 by George Orwell for school (although I abosolutely love them both!)
For fun I've been reading pretty much nothing, which leads me to why I've joined this group! I saw it advertised on the front page and saw that you guys had the Girl Who Played with Fire on your list for next month. That book has been on my list for ages, I've just never got around to buying it yet, so why not join in and read along? Hopefully sometime this weekend I'll get to the library or the bookshop and pick it up.
Besides reading two many books for my own good, I'm also a total language geek. I'm pretty decent at Italian, Danish, and German, then you could try your luck at communicating with me in Hebrew or Finnish, I'm studying the two right now. Let me know if you speak any other languages!
