Hi Everyone,

I hope nobody minds, but just to keep things tidy, I'm going to delete things like "events" that are more than a month old. I will NOT delete links to reviews you'd like to post, but "events", such as chats, where the date for attending has come and gone. Is that okay with everyone?

Sounds good, Joyce. It's pointless to keep a thread that is expired, especially if there are no conversational points within. I meant to do this a while ago and forgot. Sorry.

:o)

No need to apologize, Jaimey. I've been thinking it over for awhile, too, but never brought it up with you, either. :-)

Donna | 41 comments I'm not sure were this comment goes... but I made the mistake of thinking that an author listed several times in the clean reads list meant they were safe. So I bought a book by said author and was stunned! It was not a clean book. Maybe in the bio of this group or the clean romance book shelf a warning should be posted? Logically you would think I would have figured that out. Sorry... not that bright... or just too naive.

Hi Donna,

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you referring to a book on our group bookshelf or to an author that was recommended in a thread? Some authors write both clean and sensual books and you have to be careful which titles to choose. I'm not able to read every book that's referred to in our group or on our bookshelf, so I do rely on group members to let me know if a book has been mislabeled as "clean".

If the book is on our bookshelf, let me know and I'll check it out and remove it. If it's merely been discussed in a discussion thread, feel free to start a new thread under the "Group Concerns" heading and share your concerns. To add a new thread, click on the "Group Concerns" heading, then on "new topic" in little green letters above the words "last activity", and type in a title for the topic you wish to discuss, then leave your comment. Hope that helps!
