Hi, the Houghton Mifflin USA edition is missing the cover. It's the same as the HarperVia one.

This is gonna sound crazy but there appears to be no online trace of this edition. I can provide a picture of the book details, but I think it's better to just switch to the HarperVia one, which is exactly the same. I'm guessing HMH just distributed it in the US. Will upload the image url later today in any case. thx
