The original publication date is still missing. I think another librarian may have deleted it.I did some digging and confirmed that all of the editions on this page have the same table of contents, except for the Barnes & Noble edition, which has an introduction by S.T. Joshi that is not in the other editions. I don't think this is cause to separate it, but either way, the original publication date still needs to be added. Since the Fall River Press edition has the earliest date (September 30, 2013), it appears that this should be the Original Publication Date for these editions.
The original publication date is also missing. Out of the other collections of all of Lovecraft's mythos stories that have been arbitrarily assigned to this editions page (Lovecraft is in the public domain, so there are a lot more out there than just these), the earliest one published was on September 30, 2013, so this should probably be the original publication date (unless anyone wants to combine more "Complete Cthulhu Mythos Tales" collections with these editions, or wants to separate the B&N edition into its own page).
