Have you ever been a mod or admin before? I mod for Stars and Moons, I keep with rules, keep things calm, make sure everything is in check, I am the second head mod for when our head is gone, I am head mod. I make topics and do house requests and fill out our strike form
What skills or qualities do you think make you a good fit for the mod team? I am very calm and supporting, I can loose myself sometimes but I understand and will listen to both sides (Unless Its with my close friends).
How do you usually handle conflict or drama in a group setting? I try my best to shut it down. I normally tell the head mod when they get back with our group.
How active can you be (hours per day or week)? Maybe like...3 hours a week? Or four..It depends.
Are you comfortable enforcing rules even with friends? Yeah, I can shut things down.

Someone is venting and another member makes an insensitive comment. How do you handle it? I tell the person whom makes an insensitive comment to please stop because their comment can be taken the wrong way, and then delete the comment.
You notice a mod abusing their power — what’s your next step? I let my boss know.
A member DMs you about feeling unsafe in the group. What actions do you take? I go and let my boss know, I will not share any names unless it is needed.

well im pretty good at making sure people follow rules and interacting with people

i would probably tell them to take it to pms

How active can you be (hours per day or week)?
around 3-4 hours a day (on a normal day, exam or test days will probably be only an hour or so)

Yes, I have. In the group: ★Lgbtq (Safe Place)★
I was in charge of maintaining it, moderation, and making sure all rules were followed.

I'm calm during times of conflict and I'm able to have a flexible time schedule.

How do you usually handle conflict or drama in a group setting?
I normally try to take it to a quieter place like PMs- if that doesn't work, I hear both sides of the story and try to figure out which way would be the best to help.

How active can you be (hours per day or week)?
I'm on all the time- and sometimes not between 4 am - 6 am.

Are you comfortable enforcing rules even with friends?
Absolutely! No special treatment to anyone.

I PM them to talk about it, and see what's going on. I may give a warning (if you all do warnings/suspensions.) or bring in another mod for support to have two opinions on the matter.

I immediately let the member who commented know that that isn't ok and welcome here. I would also PM them to talk to them about what would happen if they did it again.

You notice a mod abusing their power — what’s your next step?
Quietly let someone of a higher rank know, and try to reverse the damage mod-abuser has done.

I talk to them quietly about what is making them feel unsafe, and what I can do to help!

All of it! (Probably not fandoms due to the fact I can be an uncultured person .-.)

What ideas do you have to make the community more welcoming or active?
Having a section for everyone- including those with disabilities. We also could add houses/cabins where we could host little minigames. These could be led by mods.

I'm really organized, chill, and supporting :)
