Please make The Daughter of Dust and Blood (#1) into a series so I can add the sequel The Phoenix of Fire and Rage (#2) to it. The series title is The Cinder Goddess Chronicles. Thank you!

I've created the series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/4301...Let us know if you need us to add the second book. I couldn't find it in our catalogue.

Astrid, the second book was already on the author’s page. It was created the day before the request. I’ve now added it to the series page. Just a note, authors can’t create or edit series pages, so the author wouldn’t have been able to add it themselves.

I told them we could add the second book, but I just couldn't find it, since I only did a search for the name (which wouldn't have shown it since it was just added) and didn't check the author's profile. I appreciate you adding it and letting the requester know.

I appreciate you adding it and letting the requester know."You’re right, when a book has just been added it will not show up immediately when searching by name. A way around this is to use the identifier, if you use it the book will show up even if it was just added. If you check the log, the bot added this identifier only a right after the edition was created, basically immediately (same minute). So if you search for B0G1RJ4X19 in the search bar, it will come up. It works for ISBN too, just a little workaround in case you weren’t aware.

From the wording, it looked like you were going to add the second book yourself, but authors can’t edit series pages. Next time, it helps to include the links to both books in the request since the topic link alone only works for one book.
