ABANDONED. Book with a girl who is raped but does not remember

Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!

So I'm looking for a book that I read about 3-4 years ago. It is a fictional story about a girl in a small town and she is raped by a person whom she trusted. But she does not remember this. However, the girl is always trying to get out of the small town and she is successful in doing so. She attends a big city college nearby and meets this guy whom she begins to build a friendship with. The twist in the book though, is that she was pregnant throughout the book but she had no idea she was pregnant. The event of being raped was too traumatic for her so she blocked it out including the pregnancy. Eventually she does have the baby, but she has blocked that entire scene out.

Sorry for it being so long, but I just really really want to know the title of this book. I've already googled it and everything and I just can't seem to find it
