Loved both, but I have to say Red Queen.

I really enjoyed them both, but I just really loved ! Adelina was a truly unique heroine for me, not the cookie-cutter perfection some authors like to write.

I liked both stories well enough, but definitely enjoyed Red Queen better. Although there was plenty of darkness and deceit in both stories, I reacted more negatively to the characters in The Young Elites. I just could not convince myself to like or wish real success on any of them. On the other hand, although I knew I shouldn't trust the characters in Red Queen, I wanted things to work, and the betrayal was much more heartwrenching for me as a reader.
