My editor's account:https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/4...
The book:

Thanks!
ThEditors is a user's account and only the user can change it.But I see that you already have D. S. Taylor listed as an editor on your book, so that's all right, isn't it? Or do you want us to add the editor-in-chief info to his author profile?
Do you know if this D. S. Taylor is an author himself? I wanted to correct his name according to GR standards, i.e. remove the space between his initials, and I found there already is a GR author named D.S. Taylor. If it's the same, both profiles need to be merged. But in that case, again, only he can change the info on his profile.
(Actually, your name should also be corrected to D.L. Orton, without the space between the initials. Would you be willing to change it?)
(ETA I should follow my own advice and post links:
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)
Thanks for the reply. I do have him listed as the editor, but I wanted the link to go to his goodreads editing account. (He is also an author and his author account is:https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... )
Is there something he can do to get his editor account linked to my book? Or something else I can do? (I would prefer to link to his editing account instead of his author account, if possible.)
I will fix my name initials and try to fix his as well (on my book.)

Is there somewhere I can request that this policy be changed, please?
Given the number of self-published books in need of editing, it would seem that readers would be over-joyed to find that a book has an editor willing to put his or her name on it.
I'm sorry for all the hassle, D.L., I had forgotten that rule. At least your problem has been solved, in a way.
#10 Mention it in the description perhaps?ETA There is a suggestions folder in this group: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
And perhaps post in the Author Feedback Group: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
(Thank you so much for correcting your name! I have asked for D.S. Taylor's profiles to be merged in another thread.)

Thanks so much!
