I am currently reading Selected Stories of Eudora Welty - total pages is 503 pages



I have taken these photos of the book I have here in my possession. Five photos in total: the index, the title page and the page count of the two books that make up this book. The page count restarts when the second book "The Wide Net" starts.

This collection of stories is made up of two previous books it seems combined together.

The first half of the book is:
A Curtain of Green which is 289 pages

The second half of the book is called The Wide Net. The page count
restarts again. This part is 214 pages.

So 289 + 214 pages is 503 pages

This doesn't count the introduction at the beginning. The 503 is just
the stories.

You can see on the book's cover (lower left) that it includes both "A Curtain of Green" and "The Wide Net".
