Rory and Lacey were close before Tyler’s death and seem to have bonded even more. He seems to be filling a void. Tyler’s parents blame Nikki for his death and she feels guilt as well. Does she bear some responsibility? Should they have foreseen this happening?

I don't think Tyler's death is Nikki's fault. Frost could have gone after any of her family or friends. Tyler's parents are upset about their son's death. I hope they would eventually get over it for the sake of Lacey.

[Sharon]

I understand Tyler's parents' reaction. They were angry with Nikki for ending the marriage and hurting their son. This adds more anger and distrust. In the end, I believe they will come around because of their love for Lacey.

I don't believe Nikki is at fault. She did what she thought would protect her daughter. I do think Tyler and Nikki should have discussed other protective measures. There was a possibility of Frost coming at them.
