"The Wren In the Holly Library" by K.A. Linde is a great read. It's a dark urban romantasy that blends high stakes with a forced-proximity romance in a post-cataclysmic world. It hooks you right from the start and is such a gripping read. The second book in the series is even better. The Wren in the Holly Library
I’m reading spellcaster by Jaymin Eve.I’m really loving it at the moment. Funny and sexy (but I’m only 1/3 of the way through) I’ll let you know how it goes

Omg I DNFed the same books as you! Here are some of my other romantasy recommendations:Rose in Chains by Julie Soto (Draco/Hermione vibes with slow burn, unfinished)
A Fate Inked in Blood by Danielle Jensen (Norse mythology, duology)
One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig (unique magic system/duology)
The Winter King by C.L.Wilson (probably closest to ACOTAR)
A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole (dark urban romantasy)
When the Moon Hathed by Sarah A. Parker (fast paced romantasy with dragon lore)
I enjoyed Carve the Mark and its sequel by Veronica Roth. The world is intriguing and I like the two protagonists. It's not super romantasy, although there is a romantic element, but the two mains are enemies and both stuck in positions they don't want to be in. I had a hard time putting the books down!

if you’ve read tog and acotar I would say crescent city which I LOVED but be aware it’s more urban fantasy

Red Rising by Pierce Brown is a little bit of every genre mixed into one fantastic series. Books 1-6 are available now, book #7 and final is out next year.
I’ve already read the Court of Thorns and Roses series and the Caraval series. I DNF’ed the second book of the Fourth Wing series and the first Zodiac Academy book. So please don’t suggest any of those 😊
