Why this wasn't always in place befuddles me. The creditors and shareholders should always be responsible. I applaud him for his statements.

There are mixed messages here, no doubt...yes, what's too big to fail, why some industries and not others, how does this mesh with capitalism and the free market...

Economics is complicated, and I don't know shit about it, honestly. I'd love to know more.
