Some of my books listed under the wrong author. Please help.

Hi, I am Gerald H. Pollack. Some of my books, including my recent release, Charged have been listed with another author also named Gerald Pollack.

Would you be able to help by merging three incorrectly listed titles into my author account/profile?

On Amazon, all of my titles are correctly linked together, but the author name on some are Gerald H. Pollack, while others are Gerald Pollack (no middle initial).
It's not obvious how to modify so that all listings are written as Gerald H. Pollack. I will contact my publisher and also distributor and see if anyone has any ideas. If you happen to know of a way to do this, please let me know!
