Combing formats of Your Business Growth Playbook

Hi! There are (currently) two formats of Your Business Growth Playbook, one ebook, and one paperback.

They each have their own page, but they're the same book, just different formats. They are properly linked on Amazon and have the exact same title, subtitle, author, etc.

I've requested to combine them a few times over the past few days from the Combine Editions page, and each time get the message "Enqueued job to combine works. Large works can take a while to complete, please check back in on the status in 15 minutes." and then... nothing. They don't combine, they still show as two listings, etc...
