Okay, first note this is a just theory, but what if KOTLC turns out like Star Wars, Princess Leia and Luke, what if keefe and Sophie are half siblings?!

Well, if they were half siblings, I hope Mr Forkle would try to break up Sokeefe.
Yeah some efe would totally have to end bc that would be so weird.
First off, unlike Lucas when he wrote that, Shannon seems to write most major plot points ahead of time. If Keefe was her half sibling then I think their would've been hints to that, like there was with Oralie, and Mr. Forkle and anyone else who knew (the Collective?) would've tried to get Keefe to back off and not pursue Sophie. There's literally no way Shannon would go there, it's weird.

And I'm still rooting for Dex! (Only Sage knows what I mean).

I know this probably might not happen bc Keefe is sooooo popular with fan fiction and stuff now….
