I love stories of grumpy old people, so I was immediately drawn to Professor Chandra from Cambridge and longs for a Nobel in Economics only to be denied year after year.

He is estranged from his family and losing his grip. Professor Chandra Follows His Bliss recounts how he comes to terms with himself, his family and his career.

All in all it is a sweet book which I enjoyed.

It was fun. I liked Chandra, especially when he was being a bit of a jerk.
