SOLVED. Adult/ YA? Graphic Novel, Fantasy about human who inherits property and discovers it's a refuge for monsters. Read around 2011.

Things I remember:

-Graphic novel with fairly simple line drawings; black and white illustrations; no color.
-Maybe a purple cover? Or a purple border?
-Character design was somewhat cartoony
-Human inherits a house(?) that is a home for several "classic" type monsters. There's a lady vampire who becomes his love interest. Also a female Black Lagoon-type creature, a hulking Frankenstein-type, and various other examples of Halloween creatures.
-It was shelved in either the adult or YA section of my library back then
-It had a kid-friendly vibe, but the content was more mature
-I read it about 2011; I'm guessing it was from the 2005-2010 range.

I think I read this one too. It has "bone" in the title is all I can recall. I keep getting hits for Bone by Jeff Smith but that isn't it.

Could it be Boneyard by Richard Moore?
