You'll need to contact Support to get them to change ASIN B0FVYD63H2 back to Kindle format (instead of paperback). The log shows that you changed the format - not sure why when Amazon clearly has it as a Kindle edition and it was imported that way.

This was an admin mistake on my side, thanks for spotting it Greg :) changed it back to eBook. All working now! Thanks both.
