As a long time Goodreads member, I thought it was about time I introduced my book on anxiety recovery. I suffered basically my whole life with chronic social anxiety and GAD, and vowed if I ever recovered I would spend my time helping others.

I did finally recover in 2017 thanks to a program that taught the "acceptance method" based on the approach pioneered by Dr. Claire Weekes. Subsequently I wrote this book demystifying the anxiety state, and explaining the acceptance method, exactly how to apply it in your life, and avoid the common pitfalls people encounter.

It has helped many already, and I hope a few more people here may find it sets them on course to healing from anxiety.

I am happy to answer any questions about the book, about anxiety itself, or the recovery process.
