... | 2 comments Hii!! I've been seeing a lot of books on BookTok, but I'm wondering which ones are really worth reading at the beginning. I'd like to start with some classics (I loved 1984 and A. Camus) — do you have any recommendations?

Kailee | 23 comments Hey, if you wanted to keep up with the theme of government control, these are two newer books that fit it. Both are YA so they won’t be too graphic, “Scythe” and “They Both Die at the End”. I’ve only read a handful of classics, most of them being from high school. I’d recommend “Dracula” just because I really liked it, “Fahrenheit 451” or “The Handmaid’s Tale”.

Julie | 6 comments I would add Pride and prejudice for a classic that’s a satire of society with romance
