My new book has been listed under an incorrect author name

My new book has just been published but it has been listed under an incorrect author name - "Dunbar James rather than James Dunbar"
It's a faily important error, especially since my previous book was well received but now they are on totally different author pages. I have tried to register as an author but the process is too slow, especially at this critical time. I have already requested a change via your contact forms but to no avail
The book is called Twisted River, the correct author name is James Dunbar. The publisher is Echo Publishing (https://www.echopublishing.com.au/boo...)
