Duplicate Author page + book to be added to series

I am the author of Patchwork Skies, found at https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2.... Right now, the book has a duplicate author page of https://www.goodreads.com/author/show.... The correct author page should be https://www.goodreads.com/author/show..., and the book should be listed as book 4 of the series at https://www.goodreads.com/series/3656....
