100% agree! It's not a romance, it's a fantasy with a love story as part of the plot. I don't remember any sex scenes at all - if there are any, they are not explicit.

Rose W | 137 comments One thing that I always enjoy about this challenge is finding things in books I hadn't considered. Heard this author talking about her book on a podcast and it fits the marathon and postpartum prompts as well as sexless marriage as her husband was deployed for over a year. Those were 3 prompts I thought would be difficult to find but then days after the list is released I find one book that fits all three! I don't double (or triple) dip, but for anyone who does....Don't Call It a Comeback: What Happened When I Stopped Chasing PRs, and Started Chasing Happiness

Welcome, Rachel! This year was my first time, and I had a blast thanks to the lovely people in this group. I hope you enjoy it just as much!

Thank you, yes, I had a brainwave the other day following your explanations and realized it's not so much a "travel ghost" story but a travel "ghost story," which makes it much clearer to my linguist's brain :D

You're absolutely right :o Maybe they felt at PS it was too grim for a prompt? I don't remember that Chernobyl even came up in the ATY group, and it wasn't suggested as a prompt, either.

I think the safest way to go there would be to find a book with a granny/elderly woman protagonist and call it a day. Whatever she enjoys doing in that book will be her very personal granny hobby :D

I'm going to read the second Thursday Murder Club book for the prompt. They're a group of elderly people in a retirement home solving murders as a (waitforit) hobby, that's good enough for me :D

That's a good idea, I'll look for a book where the protagonist is a grandmother. :)

Frogli | 97 comments Honestly first reaction is there are way to many prompts that I either outright dislike or am not interested in. I'll have a closer look lately but suspect I'll be swapping out a wholw bunch from somewhere else although not sure where yet.
