I am not sure how this works but it seems like I can start this thread and then maybe people will join?? I have just started reading the book thats in the title and its very good, yes quite delightfull actually... Now would anyone like to also read this book🧐 then discuss and ponder🤔, wonder what makes us fonder (of this book), I could guide and conder, make sure there is no donder and maybe we could have a nice disronder (latin for discussion)

Lol, that's a cute and catchy intro. I tried to look up the book. Did you mean Wizard's First Rule? My dad loves those! If that's the case, I can probably get the set from him and read through it. If not, who is the author?

And yep, definitely how the buddy read system goes. Say you're planning on reading some book and if anyone wants to join. Give people a little heads up so that they can finish their current books and if needed to buy this one.

I do plan to read that someday but I've got a giant pile for what I wanted to read for the rest of this year so I probably won't join in but it might inspire me to pick that series to read next year. I often take one giant series to read across the period of a year and this is one of my options. That or Wheel of Time, also been wanting to read the Elric books (which would be a lot shorter) and several others :)
