Wrong Author Attributed

Hello,

I am trying to create a goodreads author profile but it says in order to do so, "Click “Is this you? Let us know!” to complete and submit the application." I am unable to because someone with my same name was automatically attributed as the author.

I see no where to make or request changes unless I'm missing something?

Could anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it, thank you.
