I had to republish my book with a new subtitle - Please help

Hello - I had to republish my book because I changed the subtitle, every word inside the book is exactly the same. But now on goodreads I'm seeing 3 different copies of my book appear.

1. the original with wrong subtitle paperback (6 ratings). https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
2. the original with wrong subtitle hardcover (no ratings). https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
3. the new book with new subtitle kindle (1 rating). https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
4. new book with new subtitle paperback. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

It seems very confusing for anyone looking for my book or rating it. Are you able to remove some so there is only one landing page and place to review or read reviews? If you can't remove the original book can you at least move the reviews over so they are all on the landing page with the new book/subtitle?
