@ Nike Which Swedish Indigenous books did you like best?
Stöld
The End of Drum-Time
I read Stold/ Stolen 2. years ago and I loved it. I read the End of Drum Time early this year. Are there any others you recommend?
For Australia I read a Tara June Welch book this year, and I’ll probably read The Yield next year.

I’m not sure how many countries recognize have a month or day for recognizing/celebrating Indigenous people, but it’s likely different for ever..."Correct about Canada's month. It's different everywhere so I'm not sure that we need to choose the time for this by a month. Indigenous people have been routed out far longer than many people realized and certainly before the past 1000 years.

Wow! I've never heard of the second book! Seems that she's a US woman with Finnish roots. Thank you so much for enlightening me. I will check if it's been translated into Swedish.
Edit: no, it's not. When I'll have mental energy I'll read it in English.
Unbelievable really, that it hasn't been translated. Weird.

The Bohemian Rhapsody prompt absolutely needs to be in September. Freddie's birthday was 9/5/1946 and he would have been 80 in 2026.
I like this one Robin H-R. I wasn’t coming up with a good idea for Bohemian Rhapsody. Glad you were on the job!
Vincent Van Gogh was born in MarchBlood, Sweat & Tears released their first album in Feb 1968
The Beatles song "Yesterday" was first released in August 1965 on the "Help!" ablum

Tracy wrote: "I hope it’s not a hard memory Robin 🥰"Thanks. It's been eleven years, so not so hard anymore.

Absolutely – I knew something was off about the second prompt with regard to Kinematocolor, haha. As a sort of precursor to full-color cinema, it makes much more sense to associate it with the "not black or white" prompt, anyway. Thanks for doing the in-depth research :)
Nike, thanks for throwing the International Day for Indigenous People out there. I very much second that idea!
