Here's her post about the Bonds of Fate short stories https://www.instagram.com/p/DDHzkqmxumW/. It's also mentioned in the books description (quote: "The Bonds of Fate collection includes three loves stories from side couples in the Broken Kingdoms series.")
For The Vicious Games, it's one of the three stories in the Bonds of Fate book. It's mentioned on the same instagram post and the book description (quote: "Welcome to Nik and Junie's love story from The Broken Kingdoms. Events in this novella will take place before and alongside the main series of books.")

I added #7-9 and also all the separate novellas from the collection. I've chosen to add the Bonds of Fate: A Broken Kingdoms Collection at the end with no numbering since the novellas are spaced out alongside the main series.

I'm still not sure where the When Fate is Cruel: A Short Story Collection should be added. This author usually adds a recommended reading order in the beginning of the book (which I can find in the sample on Amazon), but since it hasn't been released yet, I can't check it. When we have the information about where in the series it should be added, we'll gladly do it. So if you don't know yet, you can just close this topic and make a new request once you know :)
