WorldCat.org is the preferred source and they have 416 pages listed. I've also found 416 from other sources.Do you have the book in hand? What comes after page 383? Some things we can count and others we cannot.
Included end material may include acknowledgments, afterwords, appendices, bibliographies, glossaries, indexes, notes, and suggested discussion questions.
We don’t count the pages used for advertisements, preview chapters for other books or introductory material paged using roman numerals.

After 383 is acknowledgements and a preview of another book.
We count acknowledgements but not the preview of other books. You didn't include the ISBN in your request - would you double-check that this is the ISBN on the book?

Yes that's the right ISBN
How many pages are the acknowledgements, about the author, etc.?
10-20 based on what we would be considering.
