Strange, there were only 2 editions on October 4th, the Kindle and the audio.I would like to thank somebody, but I don't know who to :-)

Shockingly the edition you requested was in the database since 2008, but it was not properly combined with the rest of the editions so I do not really blame you for not noticing. It could be easily missed. Have a nice day.
