I have no idea why I got this ebook. The blurb must have made it sound cute or quirky. It is mostly sad. Artie has lost his best friends either to AIDS or other dramatic events. His love life has also been sad for a lot of the time. He does start to make some new friends, but they are all old and some of them die!

New Yorkers like Theresa might enjoy all the detail about the West Village. Since my brother lives there, I did know some of the places mentioned.
