Remove one version of my book

There seem to be two versions of my book, Why She Plays: The World of Women's Basketball. One has the cover image and the correct author attribution, the second shows no cover image and says Unknown Author. Can that book be removed from my Author account? The correct version of the book is already in my Author account. Thank you.
