How To Make Wargames terrain: two different books

There are in fact two distinct books with this name!

In 1996, a book by Nigel Stillman was published by Games Workshop under this name. This has the cover that is currently listed for the 2004 edition. It has ISBN 1872372449 and was published by Games Workshop, and has 81 pages (sic!).

In 2003, Games Workshop published an entirely new book under the same name, with a new cover, a different page count (128 pages). There are multiple contributors listed, but first among them is Dave Andrews. Nigel Stillman is not listed. ISBN is also different, 1841544558.

I suggest two different entries for these two very different books by the same name, with a note in the description that they should not be confused with the other book.

Both books are out of print and are not mentioned on the publishers (Games Workshops) website.

If it wasn't clear, there is no 2004 edition (edit, in English, at least!).

Both the 1996 and 2003 books are softcover.

Furthermore, the text in the 2003 book is entirely different, as are all pictures. It simply shares nothing with the 1996 book except the name and publisher - and some general ideas about the topic.
