Problems with readers leaving reviews

Hello Librarians,

I've had a few readers reach out to me saying they are unable to leave a review of my book because it doesn't meet the book record guidelines, but I have over 130 reviews from other readers. I'm hoping I can please have some help to get to the bottom of this. The reader contacted Goodreads and was told to leave a review on other valid editions but they have tried all editions and cannot leave a review.
