I was on this site yesterday and had the same issue. It's in the URL from searching, but the way I got to it was clicking "aqui" on the pop-up that appears and then "Detalles del libro [book title]." Then in small print at the bottom of the details it says "Referencia" with the ISBN.

I think I had this problem with another submission recently which used the same source. The ISBN just doesn't show for me, maybe it is a regional setting on the site? The user sent me a screenshot so I know that they can see it.
As the cover is the same anyway I will change this one.

I think it's a regional setting like you said. For me, in the Chilean version of the site, the ISBN is under "Detalles del libro".
