New book to be published Dec 26, 2025

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a new author and am planning to publish my book on December 26, 2025. I would like to set up a Goodreads author profile but my understanding is that I need my book to be on Goodreads first (please correct me if I am wrong).

Could you please help in adding my book to Goodreads so that I can begin getting early reviews prior to publication? Here is the info:

Separating authors with the same name

Occasionally you may come across an author profile that encompasses two or more authors of the same name. In order to separate these authors and their respective books you will need to identify which books belong to which author. Once you have, leave one author alone and for the second, go into the edit page of each of their books and add an additional space between their first and last name.

This will create a new author profile for the second author.
