Why do you love King? Interview participants needed

Fellow Constant Readers!

I’m a researcher at Aarhus University in Denmark (co-director of the Recreational Fear Lab - www.fear.au.dk), working on a project about Stephen King and why he’s become such a beloved writer for so many readers around the world. As part of this, I’d love to talk to fans directly about what makes King special to you.

I’m looking for 10–20 Stephen King fans to each join me for a Zoom interview (up to about an hour) where we’ll chat about your experiences with King’s books (and maybe the movies/TV too). We'll find a time and date that suits you, and the conversation will be recorded for research purposes, but everything will be kept confidential. Anonymized responses may make their way into the book I'm working on (tentative title: THE MASTER OF FEAR: WHY STEPHEN KING BECAME EVERYBODY'S FAVORITE BOOGEYMAN.)

As a thank you, participants will receive a small Stephen King–related gift.
