Book disappeared from author page

My name disappeared off of my book's goodreads page, now it just has my co-author's name twice. I'd like my name in the About the Authors section since i use goodreads and she doesn't. There's also another book page for Sweet Talk on my page that I can't delete. Thanks for the update.

Well, why did you change the name? I have restored your name. Only the first author appears in the "about" section.
Please don't create any more blank book records.

Scott, I was trying to put my name first like you previously mentioned so that I could fix that issue. Instead of accepting the change for both, it only did one. Is there any way to do it on your end? I wasn't purposely trying to create a blank book record, thanks. I would really appreciate help without disrespect.
