Add series to my book please

Hi, could you please add my book to the Blood of the Revenants series as #0.5Michael

There seem to be two version on here, with another under the wrong author, another Jamie Dalton. My "Jamie Dalton" name is the one with (I think) three spaces between the names. There seems to be a copy that's been auto-pulled from Amazon with a cover already, and one that I created with a white cover and just the logo text. Can you combine them, or correct them please? The version on here still has the incorrect cover anyway - it's not the most up to date one from Amazon, the colouring has changed. Thanks.
