I did a little research to confirm, and it looks like we need a total of 600 pages, not 600 pages each. Since that is the case, I'll be using the book I need to finish by next weekend for my in-person book club, The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, which is 447 pages.

Oh shoot! I read it wrong, thinking I had to read 600 pages. I already started a book, but we can just count that towards the amount of pages we need I guess?

That's how it seems. At least one of the groups read over 1k pages, so whatever we read seems to count.

how do we want to break up this task. I know next week is Thanksgiving. it will be a day or two before I can start my book. I have to finish my current book for a couple other challenges first

Is it 2500 ratings total, or 2500 between all of us (we all read books that add up to 2500)?

I believe it's each book. when looking at my TBR, a vast majority will meet the requirement. like my next planned book, not quite dead yet by holly Jackson has like 79,000 ratings and it's only been out since July.

I'm finishing something I started on vacation right now. Another challenge also requires me to read a banned book, and any of them on that list will fit this task as well. A couple are on hold at the library, so I'm waiting to see what comes in first.
