Please Merge Editions of The Handsel Witches

Could I please request a merge of the different editions of my book, The Handsel Witches (Keepers of the Crossing #2)?

Currently, the Kindle ebook edition is listed separately from the hardback/paperback editions. These should all be combined under one page.

The term is combined, here on GR merge means to delete duplicate editions. Just so you know for future requests.
