I had originally uploaded a cover I thought was final but it has since been updated. The book has not been published yet, or published with this cover. Can I please get help swapping this out? Thank you so much for your time.

It already has many ratings, something must have been published. ARCs are also valid for Goodreads. We do not change covers on paperback editions, if ISBN remains the same you can add an alternate cover edition.
