Is there somewhere to report suspect accounts?

This person has come out of nowhere and is posting hundreds of one start reviews. Only 1 star reviews from what I can see. No reviews. Seems to just be working through certain authors back catalogues and giving everything 1 star. Doesn't seem legitimate at all.
