Done - also moved a couple of other books to your profile.

You should probably correct your name on Amazon to prevent this from happening in the future.

Please edit the title / subject of your post and add [Done] so other librarians know it is complete.

Thank you! I'm not sure how best to correct my name as I have history with that name as well on Amazon, so I don't really want to start over. It was a poor choice years ago and I'm not sure what to do differently.
