The same clever angle as part I however in this part the story continues for the lead character to time as a POW and afterwards as a sexist, racist pig who lied, used and manipulated people and only cared about money, stuff and himself. Not nice characters. I get surviving as a POW probably required some ruthlessness but even before the war in part I it was all boasting about money and stuff and using other people, so he does not seem to have changed that much. Far too much of this in the world now as it stands and far too little respect for those who have little but kindness to give.
