Looks like another librarian has completed this. (Note that "merging" on Goodreads is for deleting duplicate editions, not combining different formats of the same book.)

Note also as the author you are able to combine editions of your books as well.

Please edit the title / subject of your post and add [done] so other Librarians know it is complete.

Hi,
My book appears twice on Goodreads and I’d like to request that the duplicate entries be merged.

They are the same title, but currently show up separately with different reviews. Please merge them into a single page so that all ratings and reviews are unified.
