One of them is paperback and the other is hardcover.
The book is listed as tankabon (単行本) at Amazon JP website which can be either B6 sized paperback or hardcover. As the book with ISBN was auto imported by bot with the format 'tankobon hardcover', I just change the format to hardcover. However further dig in, I saw several pictures with ISBN shown at the back from secondhand sellers, the binding is paperback.
