SLEWFOOT was AMAZING! I did the audiobook version from Hoopla and it was so so good.

Although I don’t normally read YA, this one peaked my curiosity because the story was told entirely through verse. I’ve never read a book presented in that way, plus it had all the elements of psychological thriller that I’m drawn to. Here are a few highly recommended recs;
Night Circus - Erin Morgenstern⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the Shadows - Jose Juan’Mallas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Midnight Bookshop - Amanda James ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These are my five most recent five star reviews:
Three Women by Lisa Taddeo
The Names by Florence Knapp
Clear by Carys Davies
Death at the Sign of the Rook by Kate Atkinson
Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver
I read a range of genres but I guess I mostly return to literary fiction.

The House of my Mother by Shari Franke
All the Dangerous Things by Stacy Willingham
The Help by Kathryn Stockett
The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom
Crow Mary by Kathleen Grissom
